Water served in paper cups is embarrassing!!! Basic room amenities like slippers and a mini bar would elevate the experience!!! Lack of food options in all-inclusive package during check-in is frustrating!!! Live music until late is not ideal for relaxation!!!

I was utterly dismayed by the lack of any proper beach experience. the sand was just a mix of seashells that hurt to walk on. also, can we talk about the pool situation? just one small pool for a crowded hotel is ridiculous. i nearly gave a good review but then just couldn't bring myself to do it.

We had an enjoyable stay in the King Room with Sofa Bed, characterized by its beautiful balcony offering a direct view of the sea. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Daily cleaning was fantastic. our room was always spotless and inviting.

The only downside was a slight wait at check-in, which took about an hour.

The room featured a fantastic sea view that made waking up a pleasure. The heated pool was a delightful retreat from the busy beach. The staff, especially the Indonesian housekeeper on the 9th floor and the operations manager, provided excellent service that stood out during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, especially the children's play area and nightly entertainment like live music and dance. The King Room with a Sofa Bed offered a lovely balcony view of the sea, and I appreciated the fresh and consistent breakfast, even if the options were somewhat repetitive over our 5-night stay. The hotel staff were accommodating, specifically the chef who prepared delicious vegetarian meals for us. introducing more variety in the vegetarian dining options would greatly enhance the experience.

Lekker spot with a stunning beach and loads of loungers. A pretty chill infinity pool. The sunset views from my room? Just wow! Got a top-floor suite upgrade, which was a sweet surprise. Staff were super friendly, making my stay more enjoyable. Even had a nice buffet brekkie!

Only downside? Had to wait a bit at check-in, almost an hour, which was a bummer.
